Our Management Team
Nathan Whitaker is the Founder of iMarketGrab and has a profound passion for helping grow small businesses through the power of the internet. He has spent his entire career as an entrepreneur, and has never been employed at a company that he didn’t own. Through his hands-on experiences, Nathan has gained extensive expertise in business branding, web-based process automation, internet presence, and online lead generation.
By day, you will likely find him in the gym at 5AM. From there, he will probably be testing out ad campaigns, going over the past months results for clients, or talking to a small business about their lead generation. By night, he’s typically hanging out with his wife Nicole trying to be super dad to his child and dog, or maybe binge watching a television series, or possibly Googling business topics on his phone because he can’t turn his day brain off.
TGITWA! (Thank God It’s The Weekend Again!)… loves any activity that involves a body of water or mountains, especially with family, friends, cold craft beer and a cigar or two.

Gary Sandler, Vice President and General Manager of iMarketGrab has always had a passion for sales and marketing. With over 30 years experience that includes Director of Sales (non-grocery) for Ralston Purina for 15 years and several successful entrepreneurial ventures. Gary was founder and owner of U.S. Sales & Marketing which he started in 1984, a company that specialized in maximizing business opportunities to stimulate growth with new state of the art marketing concepts.
Gary’s strengths are in recognizing and optimizing new business growth through strong cost effective marketing programs.
Gary is a devoted runner and family man with his wife Judy, three daughters, and seven grandchildren. You can find him cheering on his grandkids at their various sporting events.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Dustin Hejna is the Director of Business Development for iMarketGrab. Having lived, invested and worked side-by-side with entrepreneurs and investors his entire life, Dustin brings unique first-hand experience with business growth and marketing. His successes and failures have provided him with a deep understanding of the issues around leading, execution and business building with different types of companies.
While attending CBC High School in St Louis, Missouri he started a car detailing business and a music production company. With the financial success of these startups he learned very quickly how to invest his profits with other businesses and how to leverage the stock market.
Having been involved in a dozen companies by age the age of 35, Dustin is a seasoned business developer and a natural leader. Together with his longtime friend Nathan Whitaker, they focus their passion and energy towards assembling and strengthening small businesses and entrepreneurs to their fullest potential.
Outside of Dustin’s work, he is a devoted family man with his fiancé Denise and her beautiful daughter Juliana. He enjoys golfing regularly with his father and two brothers. Dustin also has a passion for writing music, hiking and reading everything he can to gain knowledge. Living life to its fullest is his daily goal.
